Bunk Beds in Dorms

Was wondering if anyone has gotten their bunk beds unbunked in their dorm? Last year I lived in a triple and requested to get the beds unbunked but it was rejected and I’m wondering if that was a fluke lol this year I’m getting a two room triple in murphree so hopefully me and my roommates don’t get a bunk bed in one room but just in case if anyone’s been in murphree….
