The “Need a Sec” That Didn’t

An accessibility lead wrote to a PM:

“Hey, need a sec.”

The PM dropped their async sync and waited.

Seven minutes later:

“There’s a font contrast issue on the homepage.”

Now we write:

“Contrast issue on homepage hero text — needs update. You good with this fix?”

You’d be amazed how many blockers come from soft intros.
