I’m done

Yep, you read it correctly. I am no longer working at Walshart after all the shit I’ve been through.

In fact, I left twice. First time I put in a 1 month notice for a different reason and I was cashiering and doing customer service before leaving.

But this second and last time, I’ve had enough. I’ve worked overnights and the only pro about working overnights is that you could listen to your music through your earbuds and you don’t have to deal with assholes often. What’s worse about overnights? No, the better question is what’s worse about my management?!?! 😤 the TLs have Sam Walton’s hand so far up their fcking asses that they feel the need to go on a power trip and take their frustrations out on me and anyone they don’t like, they set me up for a failure, they won’t switch me to another position even tho I told them this position isnt right for me and I can’t get my shit done on time, giving me feedbacks for pointless sh!t, and worse of all they gave me a fcking Orange coaching for giving them the same attitude they’ve been giving me.

That’s enough for me to put in my few days notice. After a few days, I promise myself to never go back to that literal cesspool.

Dont be scared of your managers because that’s what they want to do to you. They want you to be fearful of your future and gaslight you when you don’t give them expectations. Stand up for yourselves my brothers and sisters! Fck the Walton Family, Fck the Managers, and F*ck Walshart! 🖕🖕
