I feel like I need to reward myself

I’m trying to quit. Today was the first day in years where I didn’t smoke as soon as I woke up. I know it’s childlike but I feel like I deserve a reward. Just saying “good job, buddy you did it!” Isn’t good enough for me. Even hearing it from someone I love doesn’t feel like a reward. If I can’t smoke then I want to binge eat or online shop or something to get that dopamine rush. I know I’ve fried my brain and I know it will take time to feel better. But I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression (before I was addicted to weed I was addicted to self harm), and I’ve always loved treating myself for getting through the day. Yes, I know it’s pretty immature to want a gold star for freaking existing. But if you have any advice or low cost reward systems I would really love to hear about it.
