Name change

Hello guys , I want to change name and my religion on documents and legalise the claiming of my new religion , I have lived in peaceful people , but now I am already hindu by faith and follow and practice sanatan dharm , as I know there is actually no conversion in sanatan , either born hindu or practice Hinduism , but for documents I really need to change my name and surname , as my surname specially tells about my ex religion and my name somehow roam around the language of the religion but maybe not everyone will judge , but I surely need to remove my surname , what is the process of name changing and how can I then change it on aadhar , pan , 1) educational certificates , i) specially on boards certificate of class 10,12, cbse boards ii) on different class certificate and extra certificate it may be allowed with gazette Certificate of name change but what about boards certificate 2)Birth certificate 3) is there any religion changed certificate , ( specially asked if someone follows sanatan dharm.)
