My ex won't stop calling me from different numbers and at this point it is harrassment!

I had broken up with him last year after being with him for 6 odd months. He had so many trust issues and would often accuse me of sleeping with other friends of his or hitting on them. Since I broke up, he hasn't failed to call me at least once a month from a different number. From January to March, I received at least 5-10 calls everyday from different mobile numbers.

Yesterday, he called me again out of the blue after months and said he has intel on me that I'm in the city and so I should meet him.

I stay in India and I genuinely need like proper steps to follow to report him and stop these calls. I am so done.
