Is anyone else isn't getting order?

So I'm here in Toronto, and it's very slow. I'm online on all three apps but haven't gotten a single order yet, not even a bad one. I've moved around to different locations but still haven't gotten anything. Is it me, or is it the same for you people as well? Or is it because of the minimum wage update?
