Pros and Cons of Wegovy?

Hey everyone, I (21F) am looking at starting Wegovy. I’m currently 5’4 and weigh 180 lbs, but despite eating healthy and going to the gym I can’t seem to lose weight. I’ve started to look into Wegovy but before I bring it up to my primary care doctor, I was wondering what the pros and cons are? I’ve tried looking it up, but everything I’ve seen is either super for it or super against it. Also, how much are y’all typically paying per month? I also have a heart condition (POTS) and don’t know if that would interact with the medication at all. Any advice is welcome! I just want to make sure I’m informed about as much as possible before making a decision!
