we need self defence system like fr

i got nasty idea, if u try arrest civ u get same button as arrest and if u press arrest u get wanted for 2mins and u cant join leo team for 10mins for false arrest. if u shoot at armed civ 3 times u get wanted for assault with firearm for 30s, same goes for civ, if he shoots at armed civ he gets same charge and victim can shoot attacker till hes dead but cant destroy his vehicle. i think removing stars when cuffs r pulled out would be better cuz idk why theres this thing added
