Genuine Eufy Solar Panel

Hi there

Today I checked the battery charge on my front Cam 2 Pro and it was showing 65% but it’s connected to a genuine solar panel and when I installed it was working perfectly. I checked the panel was receiving sunlight, cleaned it and it made no difference. Usually with the % charge it would show as being charged. I removed the camera. And re-synced it with the Home Base, plugged the solar lead back in and still nothing. Removed the camera again and I’m charging it in the conventional way and it’s charging. Blue led on the front of the camera. Was at 65% now 79%. Can I safely assume the solar panel is faulty in some way? Any suggestions please. Cheers.
