Inquiry about the first home buyer grant.

Hi everyone,

I purchased my first property in South Australia using a first home buyer grant. Initially, I planned to live in the property for at least six months, as required to qualify for the grant within the first year. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to relocate to South Australia, and the house has been sitting idle since the handover. It has now been more than six months since I acquired it.

Additionally, I should mention that I did not change my residential address to South Australia. I am now planning to rent out the property and classify it as an investment. Are there any potential repercussions I should be aware of? What is a safe way to approach this situation?
