How could we do , top skilled employee but bad attitude

Question

Small business , my husband is veterinarian , self employed , current new owner of a animal hospital, most of clients are Spanish speaking . My husband and I don’t speak Spanish . I have full time Nurse job. I came to clinic to help my husband and take spare time to learn to be a technician to help my husband Current we have 4 Spanish tech , 2 English speaking One Spanish tech is a 20+ year old young girl , she is smart and top production in our hospital , but her attitude is very bad She will come to hospital to work to get pay when she is off, even if my husband told her our staff is full , we don’t need her, And she doesnot like my presence , and say a loud voice to embarrass me , declined me to learn from her , and said publicly gossip : I will not teach you , if you want to learn, go back to school, "" you will be my just first year experience even if you learn 5 years" " I will walk away if I had you to be my nurse" " you have no commonsense " She allied other 2 Spanish tech to report to manager , to push me out of clinic , and saying they will quit if I continue to work in hospital Manager choose to talk with me , no work anymore in hospital except Saturday afternoon when they will not work , only one spaish tech is willing to work with me that afternoon and teach me to be a tech.

I feel very angry , How could we do with this girl . It seems these 3 Spanish tech form a union , and to against husband's order For example: this girl want to work on Monday when she is supposed to day off, she will call another Spanish tech to be off . They change schedule themselves She rejects the case if she feel tired and want to take a break , my husband cannot decide which case he want to do . Our manager is positive , no want to let this girl go , but honestly my husband and I feel uncomfortable
