Do I have endometriosis?

I wear ultra size tampons, have had unprotected sex for years (over a decade now) with the pull-out method without being on birth control, have awful cramps, am always so, so tired. My bloodwork came back as normal, I thought for sure I would have an iron deficiency (my nurse friend said she thought I was iron deficient bc of my gums).

I literally just feel like I’m infertile bc of hearing how my friends stop taking their birth control and get pregnant just like that. I should definitely bring all this up to my gyno right?
