Scale not moving

I had bypass surgery on June 11 2025 and have only lost 13 or 14 pounds. I can tell i have lost weight but the scale hasn't moved in 14 days. HW 313 SW 238 CW 225 I was on a pre op liquid diet for 4 weeks and lost 13 pounds. Is this normal? It's a bit disheartening as I meet my liquids and my protein daily.
