Ridstar Q20 1500W motor cable replacement

A family member purchased a used Ridstar Q20 and discovered that the controller/motor wires were soldered together making it impossible to remove the rear tire without disconnecting all of the wires. I'm wondering if there's a way to purchase a replacement motor wiring harness so that they can plug/unplug as needed.
