Timer Custom Time issues

My app recently updated on Android with the smallest default time now at 15 minutes. The timer won't remember my custom time. I need 10 minutes. 15 is too much. So now when I wake up in the middle of the night I need to set the whole custom timer again. Is everyone else's timer like this?
