Any table to adjustable light sockets?

I’m looking at getting a Phillips hue to put behind my tv stand (actually we’re upgrading existing bulbs, so I’ll have a A19 available).
I was going to put it behind my tv stand, but wanted a 45 degree angle toward the corner wall. The only table light sockets I can find point straight up. The adjustable ones are wall & ceiling Mount.
So I guess my 2 questions.

1. Do I want a light bulb behind the tv to point up or angled towards the corner wall?
2. If it’s angled, what kind of socket to use?
   Edit: I’m not interested in the color change synch tv stuff. I’m trying to get more indirect light to make my room cozy.
