Game won’t properly start

Hey! I just bought Still Wakes The Deep from the online store. The game will download, start, but the second I properly “start the game” everything stops and just goes black.

I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the game multiple times. I’ve deleted the actual save, and retried. Nothing works. Now the “CE-107101-0” error message is gone, and it’s still just dark.
