Rude Ola driver refused ride, didn’t cancel, and tried to force me to cancel — this is harassment.

I just had a really bad experience with an Ola driver, and I’m beyond frustrated. First, he wasn’t picking up my calls after the ride was confirmed. Then when he finally answered, he refused to do the ride — but still didn’t cancel it. Instead, he called me and started demanding that I cancel it.

Let me be clear: I refused. I’m not cancelling because Ola shows him a lower fare — that’s not my fault. I take this same route twice a day via cab and auto, and the fare is always more or less the same. If the app is showing him less, take it up with Ola — don’t harass the passenger.

To make it worse, he was rude and abusive, saying things like “aukad nahi cab mein baithne ki.” Seriously? I’m a paying customer and I have every right to book a cab.

this kind of behavior really makes me concerned about my safety. If he calls me again to harass or threaten me, I’m filing an FIR. No one should have to deal with this crap — especially women traveling alone.

And don’t even get me started on Ola’s “helpline” — it’s useless. Can someone please give me a legit Ola customer service number where they actually respond?
