TIME SQUARE WEST - BGC

Last May 2024 nag move in ako sang isang unit sa bgc at Time Square West, as usual nag sesend syempre tayo ng 2 months security deposit upon moving in. Fast forward natapos na ang contract this May 2025 up until now hindi pa din po nila maibalik yung 2 months security deposit ko which they said they will, up til now sobrang hirap makuha ng money ko sakanila and nag ttry nako mag reach out napaka bagal nila mag reply, ive been trying to follow up for 2 months now.

Note: condo owner is under a company

Any similar cases here or ako lang nakaka experience neto?

need ko na ba syang ireport and saan? Yung agent rin is binigay na lang yung number nun condo owner (which is the company) at dun na lang ako mag contact 😩

Medyo malaki rin kasi ang rent kaya sayang naman yung deposit kung papabayaan na lang.
