High estrogen, low T, wide hips, chest puffiness — could this be hormone imbalance?

Hi docs —
I’m a 39-year-old AMAB individual with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Over the past year, I’ve noticed significant chest puffiness, wider hips, emotional sensitivity, and very low energy. My testosterone levels are low and my estrogen is high (though I don’t have exact lab numbers on hand). I also have very low vitamin D.

I’ve seen multiple doctors who have suggested gender dysphoria or transition, but I don’t identify as female — I just want to feel balanced in my body.

Could this be something like Aromatase Excess Syndrome or another endocrine/hormonal issue tied to inflammation or body fat? Would weight loss and supplementation (DIM, zinc, D3+K2) be worth discussing with a provider?

I’m not looking for a diagnosis here — just some direction on what conditions to explore or ask about at my next appointment.
Thanks so much.
