Coaching Logistics

Multiple issues they need to sort out on coaching immersion. Kudos to them for getting mostly real coaches, with some notable exceptions.

1. Some of the coaches they DO have (Rhule) are missing stats

2. Coordinators SHOULD NOT accumulate stats. If a coordinator gets promoted I want to see his record as a head coach NOT as a coordinator

3. Too many real coaches fired into the abyss after years 1-2 because they get fired and don’t get another job. Instead, fictional coaches take their spot

I don’t feel like these are big asks and if someone from EA is reading this, please consider these slight immersion changes
