Is it reroll time? Help me with my Flicker Strike Build Please
Reaching a dmg cap and a survival cap
I understand this is flicker and i will just jump into my death but t17's are just not possible. I feel like im missing something big but i lack the critical information to continue. Also the rings aren't great i know.
