Where to find broken electronics?, I'm looking for a part!

So, very simple, I have a old but fine working vacuum, the thing has no issues but a tiny wheel cracked, I just want to find a broken one from the same model to replace the part, no repair place has them in stock anymore n tossing the thing for the wheel sounds redonculous, any help would be great, either the wheel or if possible the bottom plate since the support for the wheels seems to be a tad worn as well (plastic for U...), btw n just in case this is the model from a public review online
