Engine swapping my 89' Ford ranger with a 3.5l Ecoboost.

I've been looking at this turnkey engine and trans crate engine. Comes with everything to get it going including the trans. But obviously not the other stuff. Any thoughts on things to keep in mind while getting this done? Thanks in advance!
