Slowest moving merch line known to humankind

I just left the San Antonio show. I was highly disappointed that there was only one person working the merch stand. I got in line 20 minutes before showtime and missed the entire opening set, along with many others who were in line with me. I gave up just before TW took the stage because I bought a ticket to see them play, not wait in a merch line. The lack of merch staff really did a disservice to the opening band, as well as the others who stood in line and missed them too.
