Extra outlast save file

Literally never make posts like this, have never been the type to get spooked by stuff like this either, but I just had something happen that made me pretty uncomfortable. I loaded up outlast on my fiances Xbox account, which I made for her in 2021 or 2022, to have her do a fresh playthrough. She's played the game before, so I went to go clear her one save I know she had and come to find another save file. Set for December thirteenth, 2019. I didn't even have outlast in 2019, nor did her account exist. That freaked me out enough already, but then I come to find out it was a Friday the thirteenth. What. The. Fuck. Has ANYONE else experienced this as some kind of Easter egg or something? I would mark it off as a glitch, but it being set for Friday the thirteenth felt so specific to me
