help! my family might see my chosen name at an event!

hi everyone! i have an important event coming up where i am using my chosen name. however, my family is attending and i am not out to them. there will be a plaque with my name on it. help, what do i do or say in the event they notice? should i ask the event coordinator about it? advice is appreciated :)
