District Manager is eavesdropping on workplace without prior consent + I think the company I work for is violating the TCPA?

Location: Florida. Hi there! I work for a small tutoring company. This week, I found out that the district manager of our region has apparently been secretly eavesdropping on the centers he runs through the Echo Dot that each center has. I nor anyone else has been given prior knowledge about this until someone figured it out. I nor my coworkers across the region do not feel comfortable with my district manager eavesdropping like this - especially since he’ll use your words against you one way or the other. On top of this, our marketing team was dissolved at the beginning of the year - meaning I and many of my coworkers had to take on the extra load and call/text/email leads for promotional purposes. The company has been extremely desperate for new clients, so we’ve been told to call people basically endlessly. However, I feel like I’m beginning to actually harrass people. I’ve called the same rounds of people 6+ times at this point, and I have been told to not put people on the ‘Do Not Contact’ list until they explicitly say no multiple times. On top of this, I believe my company outright ignores the ‘Do Not Contact’ list, as I’m told to contact those under it multiple times. Is this violation of the TCPA/illegal on some capacity, or is this just me feeling extremely uncomfortable? Any knowledge and/or words of advice for dealing with these situations would be greatly appreciated- thanks!
