Ghosted taskbar icons on the blank display.

Have anyone noticed faded task bar icons even if the laptop monitor is blank? I use a second monitor, I just suddenly notice this when I switched to my second monitor ONLY and when the laptop screen went blank, I saw this. But it is getting faded now. Am I coooooked?
