I wonder about Craster's first wife and when did the daughter-wives start

Where did he find his first wife, was it a marriage or he stole her, and did she die naturally then he married his first daughter and if he already had a second by his first wife was she jealous? Did he kill his wife to marry his daughter? I mean there's enough in Craster's crazy life I believe for a few seasons starting with how his mother got pregnant with him by a ranger.
