Ok guys I’ve been trying to figure it out… still have noooo idea what it could be but this is what I did:

To start I went and edited some reviews, approximately 6 to be exact… a week passed and no change. Even though reviews did change and update.

At that point I had over 220 reviews made this period when this new metric came into effect. 83% of reviews completed and 89% photos in all reviews.

Here is where I think I was doing wrong:
I did have (don’t judge) 49 reviews pending.
I caught up with 10, nothing. I’ve been ordering items for a new pool we just bought but haven’t set up because of leveling work that needed to be fixed so I haven’t been able to use to accurately review. Others are items for a trip we have this weekend so I also couldn’t review it yet. I started assembling everything else this weekend and I was able to get my reviews down to 27 pending reviews. I had been reviewing all my new items daily but I was behind on the ones I couldn’t use yet. So I started working from the oldest in order. I was Bob the builder since it was office furniture and storage items that needed assembly.

Today all of my work from the weekend was graded and approved 🙈 and bam! I also started avoiding and not using the word “nice” at all costs. I haven’t changed how I review aside from using more descriptive words, I read of saying “nice quality” I say, “great material and thickness or durable material and quality”. I had always made sure to follow the guidelines that were provided and appear on the welcome/quick tour guide but I just polished the words I use.

Went from Poor to Good in the Insightfulness Rating!
