4th sem

How many creds are recommended in 4th sem Cse core. Missed 3 creds(HSM) this sem in ffcs so i wanna know if i can do it in 4th sem or should i just take it in add and drop. And btw how is pallavi mishra for discrete, jabajalin Hilda for java and badrinath N for Dsa?
