I don’t know what to do

My water got shut off today…I’ve been so behind on bills after my daughter’s dad left about two months ago. I have two part time jobs but I’m still broke. I don’t ever ask for help but I don’t know what else to do it’s taking forever to get some assistance and I don’t have any family.
