Asian from Ph here: May I ask if are there any medical schools in AU open for admission to those who failed some courses during their pre-med?
For context:
I am taking a gap year, or maybe two after acquiring my degree in the Philippines. I already graduated, it is med-related pre-medicine program. I am currently working. I have a friend who failed some courses during college/ pre-med and we are both interested in applying Doctor of Medicine internationally too.
Our top three country choices are:
- Singapore (highly competitive they say)
- Australia
- Canada
- SG and AUS as it’s relatively near from the PH. Canada is at the western part of the world 😄
Thank you so much in advance.
** If anyone’s open to chatting or sharing advice, I’d really appreciate it! Always happy to make new friends too 💛
On another note, this is a crossposted post and I have an idea for SGs admission.
Edit: Sorry if I worded my concern wrong. I am asking if there are medschools who accepts a student who has failed a subject/ course during their premed/ undergrad program.
I may worded things differently/ wrong because Icame from Philippines… I apologize.
