Tidepools or Easy Snorkeling in Luzon?

Fil-am here that's been living in Manila, looking for suggestions for tidepools or easy snorkeling suggestions in Luzon.

My kids like to visit tidepools in California for the marine life. I see there is a popular one in Siargao, but it would be great if there is something in Luzon. It could be an easy beach or other area for snorkeling also.
