Is DCC worth getting physically?

I'll be honest I don't read a lot of books and I really do want to. Long story short I don't want to dip $30-$40 into a book I can't get into but I found DCC quite interesting and I've seen it's written quite different and in a way I think would be nice to resd for my brain if that makes sense. So sorry I'm late but I finally got it and then right after I find out I'm supposed to get it in an audio book instead amd I've heard larrs of it and I regret getting it to read if that was better. The issue I have is I've been wanting a book to read like with words so that does defeat that and the audio book is still $24 and I already bought the book (I should be able to return it before it ships I guess.) so what should I do?
