How to deliver this

In both games, I've never hit a wall before in terms of being unable to deliver something. But I've tried delivering the soft-bodied creatures from the megagenomicist to the eastern environmental observatory four times and can't do it. Zip lines must be used to make it in eight minutes, but it's more cargo than will fit in a single carrier and Sam's entire back (one last piece has to be held by hand). Also, the first zip line would have to be at surface level because a single vault up elevation knocks three or four pieces off, even with strands attached.

I'm just at a total loss, and when this game gets difficult, it's not a fun difficult like Soulslikes, it's just aggravating. Like walking through mud. Has anyone done this, and how?
