I cum multiple times during sex but stay hard

My wife thinks it’s gross is there anyone out there that can appreciate it. It’s kind of become an insecurity but I feel like maybe it’s a turn on to some people. Idk. Is it weird? I’m genuinely asking. I have seen porn videos where it happens so there must be a market for it lol. Is there anyone on here who likes that kind of thing. Let me know.
