Struggling to sleep after cast removed

I’m just laying here struggling to sleep, my foot was swollen as I was sitting in my desk chair and I think I should have had it elevated cause now my foot is in fire. It’s swollen and the boot does not help. Did anyone else have a burning sensation with the boot on? I had to take it off I just wrapped my foot in a heavy blanket I feel like I am going to struggle to sleep tonight. 🙁
