Alcohol consumption after recovery?

When will I be able to safely consume alcohol and such? I got a TBI and currently am in recovery and have not drank at all so far. but I am wondering about afterwards when my recovery is complete. I also have epilepsy been diagnosed as a child. Will I be able to drink and party etc like I did before? Or is that chapter now officially closed? Would appreciate any knowledgeable advice
