are you really not required to return your company ID/badge after you resigned?

I already resigned last May 31 from my job as tech support and hanggang mabalik ko yung PC ng company at matanggap yung final pay, walang binigay na instruction na ibalik yung company ID at badge.

Are you really allowed to keep this or kailangang ikaw na kusang magbalik nito sa site?
