rebranding my business on my own? has anyone done it successfully?

a week in to trying to rebrand myself and i’m about to pull my hair out 😩

has anyone here rebranded themselves bottom to top? i used to have a consistent brand - but since being in college photos became something i’ve done solely based off of word of mouth, i don’t post consistently or do anything regarding my business consistently. i got a new job with much more time for photos and am ready to take it head on but i want everything to be different and feel more legit. any pointers? i’m working on my website, my logo is made, i am going to ACTUALLY use a CRM (im using bloom and holy WOW i love it it’s perfect), but what else? do you guys send our automatic emails after a booking? where do you get leads? do you send questionnaires? i’m overwhelmed there is so much!!
