Jade Build Questions

I’m looking to make a Jade build for steel path focusing on her 4th ability. I have been researching it a lot but some questions haven’t been answered around duration. Do I really need this to be in the build since most of her abilities are on a timer or her fourth using energy constantly. I don’t really care for her 3rd ability. So far I have growing power, combat discipline (with arcane avenger) preparation to start off with max energy and get in the air quicker. I have Umbral Intensify, Prime Redirection, Equilibrium, and Primer Flow. My other arcane is arcane aegis and I’m barely starting out my archon shard collection but I have one for max energy and casting speed that I’m going to slap on. I was planning on going high strength, decent range and efficiency but I’d like to hear what you guys recommend.
