Asking for a wholesome one-shot manga title

It's a wholesome one-shot of a girl that had her hands amputated because of an accident maybe caused by a guy friend. The guy is with her in the hospital and is feeling guilty of causing her to losing her hands. However, the girl is staying positive. She put on little cat paw sleeves on her stumps and said that now she can do this cute thing with the cat paws. Her positivity over her terrible life-changing accident moves the guy to tears.

I just saw this one-shot manga recently in reddit, I think in anime_irl or wholesomeanimemes. However, I can't find it again, even after combing through the top 1 month posts, and I think I forgot to upvote it because it did not appear in my upvote history. I think it had been removed, but I want to read it again and save it.
