Anyone in Puget Sound/King County/Seattle have experience with realtor.com listing tool kit/local expert/buyer leads

Looking to sign up, just curious if anyone else has had experience in this market. I have only heard personal experiences from people outside of my market. I usually do pay per close leads this is my first time venturing into paying monthly. Thank you!
