[PC] [2000's] Esoteric 2d flash game about a girl in a dark house

This'll be vague, as I only remember a handful of things from this game. It's always bothered me that I don't know more lol.

The game didn't use pixel art, so I believe it would've been typical flash animation style. You played as a girl(?) in a dark house probably solving puzzles or something. I remember there being enemies, probably ghosts, that scared the hell out of me as a kid. It was also third person, as it was a 2d side scroller.

The most stand-out detail I recall is that immediately outside it's broad daylight. A beautiful day with vibrant green grass and one singular tree. I feel like something may have happened when you went near the tree, though I'm not sure.

Unfortunately that's all I remember. Maybe someone else remembers this too. Thanks!
