Biometrics appointment after arrival in the US

Hi, I was wondering if someone has experience about having to get another biometrics after arrival in the US via CR1 visa. I got a notice of action saying that I need to attend my appointment, if so, please let me know how long after the appointment can I get my green card. Been here in the US since April 20.
