[Canada] where can I find the full dubbed series in HD?

title, I've tried looking and pretty much everywhere I try to watch the show has all episodes stuck at 720p or lower and the audio quality is terrible. I originally tried disney plus, but there are a ton of missing episodes on there, and the ep numbers aren't accurate there either.
