surgery for bilateral varicocele

(22M)I have bilateral varicocele, grade 2, and I’m considering undergoing surgery. Lately, I’ve been feeling really stressed about it and would appreciate any guidance or personal experiences from those who have had the procedure. For example, how many incisions are typically made during the surgery? What is the usual recovery period, and what precautions or activities should be avoided afterward? I’m feeling quite anxious about the whole situation, so any advice or reassurance would mean a lot. Also what are thy chances of reoccurrence?
